1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cat Three Kingdoms ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

In-game currency, heroes, items, and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Virtual items may be modified, suspended, or removed at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or modify the Game
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Post illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content in chat
Sell or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the Game
Use the Game for any commercial or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All Game content (artwork, characters, code, audio, text) is owned by the developers or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal entertainment only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all virtual items.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Game will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you play Cat Three Kingdoms, we collect:

Account data: username, password (encrypted), email if provided
Gameplay data: level, items, in-game progress, chat messages
Device data: device type, OS version, browser, IP address, screen resolution
Payment data: if you make a purchase, transaction ID and amount (we do NOT store your card or banking details — those go to the payment processor)

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Game
Save your progress across sessions
Process purchases and prevent fraud
Communicate important account or service notices
Analyze gameplay patterns to improve the Game (aggregated, non-personal)
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Payment processors (only the data needed to complete a purchase)
Cloud hosting providers (servers in Singapore)
Law enforcement, when required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months. Backups are kept for up to 7 days for disaster recovery.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, Indonesia PP71), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The Game uses browser localStorage and Service Worker cache to save your progress and improve loading speed. We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided us with personal data should contact us.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no online service can be 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.

9. International Transfers

Our servers are located in Singapore. By using the Game, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed there.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified in-game or by email.
